(a) Ans: 36cm

To find b:
b → 22cm - 12cm = 10cm
diameter → 10cm + 10cm + 16cm = 36cm

(b) Ans: 366.74cm

Perimeter of the figure → (5/2 × π × 36) cm + (22 + 12 + 16 + 12 + 22) cm
≈ 366.74cm (2 d.p)
